Great location, spacious apartment, friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, good value.

I was kinda surprised by the spacious and well-equipped apartment at Somerset. It had everything I needed, including a kitchen and washing machine. The pool area was like a tranquil oasis in the city. the convenient location, just 20 minutes from the airport, made it easy to start and end my trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value-for-money service apartment.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and looked super fresh, perfect for a long stay. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to major tourist attractions such as the Gem Centre and downtown area.

Staying here was an absolute indulgence in luxury. We were amazed at the exclusive amenities this hotel had to offer. the Jacuzzi was a one, of, a, kind experience, and the outdoor swimming pool was divine. the room we stayed in had jaw, dropping room advantages that we did not expect, such as a private kitchen with top, notch appliances and a balcony with stunning city views. the service was top, notch, and we felt pampered with the attention to detail from check, in to check, out.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience, as it provided exclusive amenities like an outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. the room advantages were also noteworthy, as they were spacious, cozy, and clean. the private facilities were great for families and larger travel groups. the in, house restaurant was also good, providing sumptuous meals.

Although this hotel fulfilled most of our luxury needs, we found that the service was not very welcoming. Apart from the lady at the travel desk, the staff were not as friendly as we expected.

Clean and spacious rooms with a balcony. Upgraded from 2BR to 3BR. New appliances. Friendly and professional staff. Lovely gym and pool. Convenient location with nearby 24hr McDonald's.

We stayed in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a separate laundry room, balcony, and extra toilet. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and cafes/restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was clean, and the breakfast was good. We also enjoyed the free water dispenser and the provided dishwashing and laundry amenities.

The dryer in the apartment didn't work well, which was a bit inconvenient for drying clothes.
